These have been assessed and are from between 1900 and 1920.. Believed to be a costume...very much based on the Regency(Bridgerton era They are well worn, high waisted mens breeches ...cotton twill and fully lined in a cotton muslin tvpe fabric. Please see the photos for wear...they have some staining and wear to the fabric. Oxfordshire steel cut buttons and buckles, these will hopefully end up in the TV/film industry somehow.
