The fan is in good condition with no damage. There is some soiling to the surface. Please see photographs for details. Cleaning has not been attempted in case it caused damage. The fan has a cutaway design on the outer sections of the fan with a black and white picture of a dance couple in the centre sections. The fan is hinged at the base from its looped handle/ holding point. The outer sections are held in place with sections of cream coloured ribbon threaded through the fan sections. The fan measures approx. 15cm from base to tip of the main fan structure.
