This is an authentic delicate white cotton hand made lace underskirt Sadly it has brutal repairs done with old tip-ex covering some small rust stains There is one small tear on the upper skirt. No other holes. One area is severely damaged on the end of one tiny section of the skirt. This is a restoration project. The skirt has been carefully stored. Is very white and has all the original fasteners. It it full length / maxi and almost a full circle of beautiful designed skirt trims.
