Ok where to start ! An amazing one off piece of handmade theatre costume - a hat depicting a bird cage which was used in a production . Made from white coated wire , cotton fabric , fabric risers and cute birds . The back is longer with more cotton frill detail . It’s quite heavy but the shape is pretty good fit wise on the head . I suppose really it visually self explanatory- a birdcage hat ! It’s in great condition . May be good for fancy dress, cosplay , school shows , productions , plays etc It really is a decorative piece too and a lot of work has gone into making it .
