Teruhide Kato, born 1936～2015. Teruhide Kato had studied at Kyoto Art College. He was a famous kimono fashion designer. After a gallery exhibition in New York and a book publication of his works titled "Kyoto Romance" he is as famous as a woodblock artist as he used to be as a kimono designer.
