This Pre-Raphaelite, Renaissance, style silk tunic has sleeves paned with gold embroidered velvet. The tabard and purse are both made of cotton velvet and decorated with gold trim. It was worn once by the lover from Tennyson’s poem ‘The Lady of Shallot’. Needs a quick steam, and it has a couple of faint marks from a leather belt (not included), otherwise in excellent condition.
