RECLAIMED BLACK BEAD TRIMMING - VICTORIAN MOURNING / FRENCH JET GLASS INTEREST?

I have to be honest and say that I do not know exactly how old these pieces are. They appear to be made from various sizes of glass beads. I have seen similar examples suggesting them to be known as French jet (simulated faux jet beads)?.
