I knew the artist Aafke Brouwer. Aafke studied for her BA in Groningen. She took her Master's at the Royal College of Art in London. This fan is one of a limited edition and the caption at the bottom of the paper leaf says "The Devoted to Darcy Forever Fanclub Fan".
