This was a fun project Christmas present for my 3 year old grand daughter. She loved it. Spent the whole afternoon dancing. It is very easy to make. With the skirt being made of the netting, it can be shorten, depending on the size of the child. Has all the embellishments wanted to creat a fun costume for your little girl.
