GREY HOODED CAPE/CLOAK FANCY DRESS - GANDALF - GHOST UK MADE

Would be great for Gandolph - Ghost. Cape that ties at the neck with black satin ribbon, it sits on the shoulders and butts together at the front (no sleeves) it has a hood. Grey cape/cloak. Made in our small workroom in the UK.
