Fun World Countess of Darkness Child Halloween Costume, Black Purple, Small

The collar attaches as shown in the last few pictures using hook and loop. There is another place to attach to on the front of the choker collar but I'm not sure what is supposed to attach there. Includes the dress and the detachable collar.
