Bowler Steampunk Hat, Hand Made 100% Wool, Black, Size S 22"

Hand made 100% wool bowler style hat, with feather. Suitable for many occasions, including steampunk. Size on label is S, and measures approx 22" internal circumference. A bit too small for my big head, so only worn once. Excellent condition.
